South Central Public Health will be in the schools October 2nd and October 3rd to offer the flu mist to students and the flu shot to staff. It is completely optional. If you want your student to receive the flu mist, you must fill out and send the parent consent form complete with signature and insurance info (if applicable). Cost to students is $20 without insurance, $50 without insurance for adults.
